Journal Therapy Prompt #213 - A Western Meditation

Try this new type of meditation exercise next time you Journal. It's called Western because it doesn't take up a lot of time. :)

Ask your Journal a question, then close your eyes and meditate for 4-5 minutes. Open your eyes and write down the answers you come up with. Your entry can be a list, a free writing or any format you feel like. WriteON!
