Journaling Therapy 30/30 Challenge

Here's a challenge from Journaling Guru DIVIACITY that we ran in our October newsletter:

It's called the 30/30 Challenge.  Write in a Journal for 30 days. Write your feelings, thoughts, inspirations, troubles, whatever you would Journal about.  At the end of the 30 days put the Journal away for another 30 days. After that time has passed, pull out the Journal and read it.  Amazing isn't it!  You will no doubt learn at least 30 things about yourself.  You will learn things about yourself you may not have thought about.  Things that you like and things you need to improve on!  That's it.  30/30.
A SPECIAL  GIFT FOR YOU!

Once you complete your 30 days of journal writing, write a 300ish word essay about it and send it to Mari@CreateWriteNow.com. I'll post it on my Blog and in a future newsletter.

-AND- Diviacity will make YOU a gorgeous Journal!

P.S. Numerologist Alison Baughman says that October is a great time for Journaling:

There is no better time to JOURNAL than during the month of October because you really want to pay attention to the events of your life during this most important month. October is a precursor, a window if you will, to give you insight into what to expect in your life next year.

What does this mean exactly?

For example, in your personal life, if your finances are good in October, you can expect them to remain good in 2009. The same thing applies to your job, relationships and your health. On the same note, if the opposite is the case and you are experiencing any difficulties with your finances, job, relationships and health in October, you may be dealing with these same problems next year. Pay attention to new people that you meet and even old friends that you spend time with in October as they will be part of your life in the upcoming year. If you have unusual events in October, something not the norm, then make note of it and know that you can expect more of the same next year.
