Most people, in their entire lives, have at least once been interested in the question: why did each person react in a given situation in a different way, and in general, based on what, he performs his actions, deeds in one way or another.
What is a personality psycho type? This phenomenon explains psycho types of a person's personality. The fact is that everyone has their psycho type (or psychological type) of personality. Depending on what this psycho type is, a person performs actions, thinks, communicates “in his way.”
Knowledge of the psycho type gives some advantages. By understanding the type of people, you can know what to expect from them and how they will behave. Thanks to this, you can build relationships and build confidence in yourself.
Personality is the most important factor that determines the feelings, thoughts, character, and behavior of a person. What are the main personality types of a person? Various theories about personality are known in the world, in which a huge number of classifications of various character traits and types of people are proposed. Mayer (1995) discovered about 400 personality traits (intelligence, character, humor, etc.).
On the other hand, depending on the type of personality and its extreme manifestations in certain aspects, we are prone to one or another mental disorder. The theory of temperament according to Hippocrates (sanguine, phlegmatic, choleric, and melancholic) and Galen (Clark & Watson, 1999) is widely known.
For many years, the three-factor model of personality by G. Eysenck (1947, 1967) and the theory of 16 personality factors by R. Cattell (1957), but at present, the undisputed leader in the model of R. McCrae and P. Costa (1992).
This model of personality traits is known as the "Big Five" or the "Five Basic Personality Factors" described in the Big Five personality traits theory. According to this model, any person, regardless of age, gender, religion, or culture, can be characterized by five personality factors, which, in turn, are subdivided into subfactors or facets of personality.
All people are different: someone likes to lead an active lifestyle and communicate a lot, it is easier for someone not to stand out from others, someone is prone to sensitivity and excessive self-criticism. Since ancient times, scientists and philosophers have been interested in the topic of personal classification, many theories have been developed, some of which have entered modern psychology. It is in adolescence that certain character traits and psychological characteristics manifest themselves quite strongly, which are smoothed out during the period of growing up but can manifest themselves in a crisis moment.
