Sometimes in our Journaling, we can get quite intense and become obsessive about our navel gazing so it’s good to do some unJournaling. In the book, “UnJournaling” by Dawn DiPrince and Cheryl Miller Thurston, they provide 200 ’Daily Writing Exercises that are NOT personal, NOT introspective and NOT boringl How refreshing to just invite our Inner Kid along and go off to wherever our imagination takes us.
