~~~Write a letter to Santa with all your wishes, hopes, goals and plans and send it with a return receipt requested. Then pen a letter from the Holly Jolly Main Man with his advice and recommendations. * ~~~
Journaling for the Health of It ™ is for everything, everyone, and everywhere. I recently read an article about how Montana hunters keep journals to track, review and relate their hunting adventures to themselves and to others. Who’d a thunk it?
Some of the most common “reasons” people give for not journaling (after no time, which we all know is not the case at all!) is that they don’t know how to get started and/or what to write about. That’s what we have our imaginations for! Just because we chronologically grew up, doesn’t mean we left our imagination back in childhood.
Santa is a great Inner Coach and he’s there for you 24/7/365. I like the idea of Christmas every day, don’t you?
Oh, by the way, I heard Santa say as he rode out of sight, “there’s only one way to Journal and that is…your write!”
*After I penned Santa’s response, I put it in an envelope, addressed it to myself with just the right amount of postage and sent it to a friend asking him to send back to me by Christmas Eve. That way I’m gonna open up my letter gift first thing on Christmas morning!
Please drop us a line and let us know how this or any of the other 88 and counting Journaling Tips worked for you.
