When you do Journaling for the Health of It™ regularly you discover more and more and more (and there’s lots more to go) about you. All the feelings, all the emotions and the healthiest thing to do about it is just continue to write. You’ll decide when enough is enough for that session.
You’re in charge. It’s you. It’s your body. With journaling, you’ve created the time to listen and learn about yourself. So go ahead: Dialogue with Fear, Anger, Resentment and Health and Happiness. Listen to your inner voices. As you clear away the crazycrap, you'll hear the real you speaking.
While showering this morning, I heard a voice say “The Cure is Here. The Healing has Begun.” I’m using it as a prompt for my journal writing today.
