An Inner Journey for Weight Control, Better Health
Boston, MA: CreateWriteNow’s much lauded, 28 Days Love Your Body Journaling Challenge, is scheduled to return June 1st, 2016. Previously titled 28 Days Weight Control Journaling Challenge, the program helps participants apply the power of journaling to better understand their own behaviors, set achievable goals for incremental change, cultivate self-love—and self-care—and ultimately achieve greater overall well being.
While countless books and programs focus on dieting for weight loss, many don’t get to the heart of why we gain weight in the first place. Diets can certainly lead to weight loss. But without solving the root cause of poor health choices, many fail in the long run.
The Love Your Body Journaling Challenge offers a unique approach to losing weight and achieving overall greater health—starting from the inside out. By taking attention away from the scale and turning it towards a more mindful and focused approach, participants will find small, do-able ways to achieve lasting change.
Offering a creative mix of daily journaling in addition to online guidance and support, the program delivers 28 consecutive days of exercises and ideas, instruction and inspiration to help participants know and understand themselves better—and create a unique plan to achieve a long, healthy and fulfilled life.
