Now in its fourth year, this unique program takes participants on a personal journey to self-discovery and growth through a series of daily journaling exercises and prompts, ongoing support and encouragement.  Optional Facebook group participation keeps everyone motivated and on-track and gives participants an opportunity to interact and learn from one another—as well as from Mari McCarthy herself.
