Journaling Therapy Tips #193 - Peace Asleep and Awake

I've been having incredibly vivid dreams lately. My journal (which happens to be made of recycled elephant dung if you were wondering) is filled with stories straight from my dreams. I start with what I can recall and then embellish where necessary to create a short story. So far, each dream has happened just once and I feel that by giving the dream an ending (in my journal) I receive closure so my mind can begin a new journey the next night. This is so important to me because for years I kept having the same dream over and over ... like my brain had a puzzle that needed solving and because I didn't solve it I had to keep playing .... super frustrating. Thanks to journaling, I am at peace when asleep and awake. ~Crystal Otto , Relax Consulting

No matter what happens, no matter how far you seem to be away from where you want to be, never stop believing that you will somehow make it. Have a unrelenting belief that things will work out, that the long road has a purpose, that the things that you desire may not happen today, but they will happen. Persist and persevere, your desired path remains possible.  ~ Brad Gast
