Today, keep track of everything you drink. Keep a notebook with you and tally the number of glasses of water you drink, as well as anything else - soda, coffee, juice, tea, etc. Jot brief notes next to each drink, including the time of day, what you're doing, and what you're feeling.
Recap your experiences in your Night Notes. Then explore how what you drink during the day affects your ability to get to sleep; to have a good night's sleep. Hmmmm?
